Watercolor backgrounds
I have been playing around with Photoshop again and made a digital scan of some watercolor circles, and now you can have some too. I cut mine out and glued them to an old sheet magnet after jazzing them up with a little book paper, colored pencil, black micron pen, and white gel pen. This is a first for me so if there are any problems, please leave a comment. You should be able to click on the image and save it. I printed them out on card stock.

Raspberries!
Raspberries! Growing wild along the driveway. Put on my Poison Ivy Haz-Mat suit and picked about 4.5 cups. You only need two cups for a nice raspberry tart.
I used this Raspberry Tart recipe. I subbed salted butter for unsalted and reduced amt of added salt, but otherwise followed the recipe.

Altoid tin advent calendar
This was made from the small altoid tins, which are about half the size of a regular altoid tin. `I applied those sticky magnetic sheets to the back of each so they can be removed from the metal cookie sheet base. The tins were decorated with scrapbook paper, book pages, ink, glitter, beads, buttons, and other doodads.
In progress. See those tiny naked tins? |
Questions and comments welcome!
